Whether you want to practice solo, with a friend or at home, Indy Pilates Plus has the right fit for you. Each session is 55 minutes and by appointment only. 30 minute sessions are available upon request.

Before Your First Session
Things to know before your first Pilates session at Indy Pilates Plus:
- Arrive 5 minutes before your session to complete the Client Intake Form and Waiver of Liability.
- Review the Studio Policies.
- Bring your curiosity and be prepared to change your life with Pilates!
What should I wear to the studio?
Wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing so you can move freely throughout the session. Gripper socks or bare feet are appropriate. A mat and water are provided.
How do I sign up for lessons?
Please submit a request through the online form, and Susan will call you to schedule your first lesson.
Do I need experience to start Pilates?
Pilates is for everyone of all ages and abilities. Everyone starts as a beginner and builds their practice. Each session is tailored for you, and how you feel that day. The fun is learning new skills and enjoying the process of becoming stronger, longer and more flexible.
When can I start Pilates after surgery or an injury?
Even though Pilates is safe after surgery and injuries, you will need a doctor’s or physical therapist’s release to begin your Pilates practice. Pilates can support your recovery by improving your strength, balance, flexibility and mobility so you can return to your favorite activities.
How many times per week should I do Pilates?
This depends on your goals. The more you practice, the faster you will see results. Most clients come 1 – 2 times per week.
